Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Business Development Specialist to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales and some experience in digital marketing, website design, and data analysis. As a Business Development Specialist, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, and contributing to the overall growth of the company.
Key Responsibilities:
– Develop and implement strategic plans to drive business growth and achieve sales targets.
– Identify and pursue new business opportunities through research, networking, and market analysis.
– Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
– Collaborate with the digital marketing, website design, and data analysis teams to deliver comprehensive services to clients.
– Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations, proposals and pitches to prospective clients, showcasing Zerotozenith Media’s capabilities and value propositions.
– Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to stay ahead in the market.
– Prepare regular reports on sales activities, performance, and forecasts.
– Meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs.
Requirements:
– Proven experience in sales, with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
-Basic knowledge of digital marketing, website design, and data analysis.
– Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
– Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
– Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
– Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Preferred Qualifications:
– Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
– Experience in the media or advertising industry.
– Familiarity with digital marketing tools and platforms.
