13. SERVER DETAILS & MAINTENANCE

The server details may be released to you upon request. However, note that once they are released, Zerotozenith Media cannot be held liable for any security breaches on your website. During the development of your website, third-party tools could be used, and therefore, we can’t guarantee the absence of bugs associated with those tools. We are committed to addressing any bugs found during development or within 15 days of the website’s launch, if possible. However, after the initial 15 days, we will charge at our standard hourly rate.

Any requests to exercise User rights can be directed to the Owner through the contact details provided in this document. These requests can be exercised free of charge and will be addressed by the Owner as early as possible and always within one month.

We reserve the right to amend or update our Privacy Policy. We will notify you of any changes to this Privacy Policy and update the “Last Modified” date at the top.
