Job Description:
We are seeking an entrepreneurial and dynamic Business Manager with a strong background in digital marketing, SEO, social media marketing, and sales to join Zerotozenith Media Limited.
The ideal candidate will possess excellent team management skills, exceptional communication abilities, and a proven track record in the digital marketing industry.

Responsibilities:
Team Management:
• Lead and motivate a team of digital marketers to achieve project goals and
deadlines.
• Foster a collaborative and innovative work environment.
• Provide mentorship and guidance to team members.

Business Development:
• Identify and pursue business opportunities for digital marketing projects.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business needs and propose effective
solutions.
• Develop and maintain client relationships.

Technical Knowledge:
• Proficient in devising comprehensive digital marketing strategies.
• Expertise in utilizing various digital marketing platforms for optimal results.
• In-depth knowledge and hands-on experience with Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Linkedin Ads and other relevant advertising tools/platforms.
• Proven ability to create and manage effective advertising campaigns.
• Demonstrated proficiency in overseeing end-to-end campaign management,
ensuring seamless execution, and tracking.
• Understanding of the customer lifecycle and strategies to engage and retain
customers effectively.
• Proficiency in email marketing, utilizing tools such as Active Campaign, Ontraport,
MailChimp, MailerLite, etc.
• Experience in crafting compelling email campaigns to nurture leads and foster
customer loyalty.
• Proven expertise in developing and implementing lead acquisition strategies.
• Hands-on experience with lead generation tools and tactics.
• Strong skills in blogging and content development, creating engaging and relevant
content to attract and educate the audience.
• Proficient in scheduling, optimizing, and tracking social media posts across various
platforms.
• Analytical skills to interpret social media metrics and optimize strategies accordingly.
• Strategic thinking and implementation of growth-oriented initiatives.
• Proven ability to drive business growth through innovative and effective strategies.
• Experience with content management systems (CMS) for marketing purposes.
